MLMLeads.com - Here is another one I have not tried but they seem to offer a good price and say they only sell to only one other person besides you. (50 leads for $33.) they are not real time but 24 -72 hours old.

Custom Leads.com - I have used this company. I bought 30 leads from them. I signed up 3 from them and still have some pending. (30 for $62).
